Went at like 9:30 to get a Mr Beast box.
I’ve worked food for many years so I get it can be annoying when people come in before close.
But I paid $15 for a MR BEAST BOX.
Which in itself should be too much food for someone to eat.
But yall have me two chicken tenders broken in half?? Really? All because yall were gonna close soon? This is insane.
I have always loved this Zaxby’s but I won’t be back.
Wasting my money and then hungry 10 minutes later.
Do BETTER!

fries wont have seasoning.
half the time when you ask for extra seasoning, they still don’t give any.
this location just struggles to show any sign of professionalism or quality.
make sure you only eat here if there’s a long line, otherwise your food will be cold.

I ordered a Boneless Wings and things, tenders tossed in tongue torch.
Extra fry seasoning and extra sauce on the side.
The gentleman taking my order repeated this back to me verbatim. I received traditional wings, minimal seasoning on the fries, the wrong sauce, no sauce at all on the side or on the tenders(I was charged extra!!!), no straws for the drinks. I have issues at this location EVERY TIME I come.
Order accuracy has never been 100% in ANY of my visits to this store.
I even had a roach on my incorrect order one time.
Management needs to be reassessed or held accountable, this is embarrassing.
