Mi Mexico Restaurant is a true gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, making it perfect for a casual dinner.

I had the chile relleno for the first time, and it was a delightful surprise - massive portions that virtually resembled a pizza plate! My friends enjoyed the 3 chicken enchiladas, which were smothered and paired with rice and beans.

Rafael, our server, was friendly and attentive, enhancing the experience. Plus, the complimentary chips and salsa are a lovely touch.
