👉 Its What You Expect from a Small Diner! 👈 Not too fond of their sausage gravy or biscuits. The sausage gravy at McDonald's 🍟 taste better.
😔 The biscuits were very doughy and their gravy tastes like it's made with turkey sausage.
I like turkey sausage, but the way they made theirs doesn't taste good.
You'd think it came from a can, but even that might taste better.
😓 Although IHop Wins Breakfast here, my husband said their 🥞 pancakes were decent and their prices are pretty fair! ☺ Great energy from the staff though and excellent customer service! Fresh and fast!

Metro Diner located at 8334 Pineville-Matthews Rd #110, Charlotte, NC 28226 (near Staples/Walmart in their Shopping Center) is a great Diner! I had the Chicken and Waffles and both were fabulous.
Best Fried Chicken in the area! Great flavor, perfectly seasoned and crispy.
My wife had the eggs over medium which needed to be cooked more - not just longer on one side, but evenly cooked to not overcook one side.
Service was friendly and quick.
Prices were good too! Great place to eat.

Our visit to the Metro Diner was absolutely amazing.
The waitress Ainsley gave us a nice charming southern hospitality experience.
The Chef name Christian cooking talent is phenomenal and the Manager Dante was very professional and checked on us periodically.
The overall visit was top notch.
I love that the music wasn’t loud (no hip hop), the staff was very professional which is a plus because it reminds me of how charming Charlotte use to be as a Charlottean.
The atmosphere is inviting for all ages.
All I can say is to the restaurant is don’t change and don’t hire anyone that doesn’t have these staffs professional skills, the wrong people can mess up everything.
To add everything was clean, even the restroom.
My husband and I are very pleased with the overall quality service.
