For my birthday, my husband made a reservation for dinner.
This was our first time dining at Bonefish Grill.
Everything was perfect besides the weather.
From the hostesses greeting us as soon as the door opened with great big smiand welcomes. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.
The manager Andrew took the time to go over the menu and gave great recommendations on what to order our first time from drinks from the bar to appetizers to entrée selection.

Rough welcome on the way in but MS.LISA!!made our visit worth while she was an amazing waitress and made us delicious drinks! The food was wonderful although my steak was cold but ms.Lisa service was so fantastic it didn’t bother my experience at all Then she put our food away in the to go boxes such a fantastic woman she really made our visit

Everything was awesome !!! My food was amazing, but my service was A1 like my steak sauce, lol.
Arkeith took great care of me today.
If only he knew how bad of a day I had yesterday, his customer service definitely made today awesome!!! It's hard to find great servers.
Today, he let me know that there are still amazing ppl in the customer service world.
