Theyâre set up to fail by poor management.They say theyâre out of stuff when theyâre not. They told everyone in line they were out to guac but I watched the other assembly line for the online orders scooping out tons of fresh guac.I asked if they could get it from the other side for me and they said âno we donât have guacâ but their eyes told me âIâm sorry this is a dumb rule and I donât want to have to lie to you but this is my jobâ.The burrito maker asked the boss man if he could go get it from the the other line (6 steps away) but he responded âwe donât have guacâ.So I got my food, made an online order for chips and guac, and got the guac.The customers in the store donât matter at all.Itâs all based on some asinine management protocol that prohibits actually serving the customers the food. I got my guac, but it took 10 minutes.Itâs all poor management, lack of preparation, and no trust for their employees to make decisions on the fly.Poor customer service. Came in for a steak bowl and they had no steak.My issue though is the environment. No clean tables.Dirty floors.Trash cans are full, ceiling vents full of dirt and grime, empty juice machines, and this is just the dining area.over the counter was the same. The place is filthy. I have a Suggestion.Get the 2 employees in the back that are on their phone to clean the place up!!!
Food was fine, except there was a hole in the bottom of my burrito bowl.The place was dirty, the seating was nasty the tables are dirty every time I go.The bathrooms are filthy both women and men.The tables are full of food and are not wiped down.They never refill the soda machines.Never any ice.Service is fine but could be way better, overall not a good experience.
