I had a two-for-one coupon from a different franchise.
After I ordered at the kiosk and waited more than 5 minutes to pay, the employee told me that this franchise only accepts this coupon from the same franchise.
My coupon was from a different McDonald's, so I said no thank you and left.
I have encountered this policy at only one other restaurant in my travels.

Their service has always been so kind but today a bug crawled out of IN BETWEEN MY PANCAKES in the CLOSED container.
yes it was alive and crawling!! no i do not want my food remade bro you guys have BUGSSSSSS

I don’t know what happened but I ordered two of the the simplest items on the menu, a fudge sundae and a Oreo McFlurry (ADD Carmel) they somehow managed to give me a caramel sundae and the extra caramel that I paid for the Oreo McFlurry didn’t come with it.
Mind you these were the only two things I ordered and they somehow managed to make it wrong I was already in a bad mood cause I had gone to a different McDonald’s and they gave me somebody else’s mcchicken so somehow in the course of the three hours both of my orders were messed up at two different locations.
I love McDonald’s but please can you guys atleast read the orders before you make them.
I didn’t want to complain, I looked at the girl like “your joking right” but it is my own fault for not saying anything.
