Hardee’s

Ordered one meal and was charged for a different one which was more.
I even showed her on my app what I wanted.
The meal on the app was $6.79 for a double cheeseburger fries and a drink and she charged me $9.09 for a quarter pound big cheese cheeseburger fries and a drink which is not what I ordered.
She wouldn't even discuss the discrepancy and the fact that she gave me a wrong order.The food was awful and I am not very happy about my visit there today.
Neither the meat nor the fries were fresh.
Such a shame their food used to be really good

Wish the staff would....fill the fries container up.
But most places just use that fry scoop and fill the fry holders and mostly broken pieces of taters. Won't change though unfortunately. The burgers we ordered...just below...warm.
Cheese was not completely melted.
But again, won't change.

I was giving one total then once I got to the window I was giving a different price.
I NEVER asked for cheese but the man with the afro wanted to be combative then a man with dreads came to the window being very disrespectful.
I mentioned instead of arguing with me he should worry about the window time with his response being I don't care about the window time you're gonna show me some respect. I will never return and I will most definitely make sure Corporate hears about this.
As a women I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by two men arguing with me at the same time.
