During my stay in D.C., I went here fairly often as it’s super close to my hotel, and as I’ll probably be staying at the same place next time, I’ll be going here again.
I can’t say how different the service would be during peak season, as I was in D.C.
during the off season, but this McDonald’s was always clean and tidy when I went.
Service was fast, regardless of how busy it was, and the food was hot and fresh.
No complaints here!

This place is always packed with local workers, tourists, and big tourists groups.
Expect to order at one of the electronic kiosks and then wait in a disorganized mass of people while the staff yells out orders and people push their way to the front to get their food.
Also one of the most expensive McDonalds restaurants that I have been to.
I just bought a medium filet-o-fish meal and a blueberry & cream pie and the total was $13.40.
The one positive is that they can churn through a large order volume very quickly.

The fries were cold, my nuggets were spicy even though I didn't order them spicy, the service was good except I never got my drink, there was a guy screaming in the restaurant and threatening random people, etc.
