September 02, 2024I had a quick breakfast at McDonald's on Old St Augustine Rd, and while the coffee was great, the service left a lot to be desired. ☕
I ordered a classic Egg McMuffin, which was satisfying but the wait time was longer than expected, even for a busy morning. The atmosphere was casual, perfect for a solo bite or on-the-go.
Unfortunately, they seemed understaffed, leading to confusion at the kiosks and drive-thru. I appreciate the free refills and accessibility features, but I hope they can improve their service soon... 🍔
