Positioned on the bustling streets of Dallas, the newly renovated McDonald's offers a familiar fast-food experience with a hint of local charm. Patrons can enjoy a quick breakfast, lunch, or late-night snack, all while taking advantage of convenient services like drive-through and no-contact delivery. While the casual atmosphere is perfect for solo dining or families (complete with a playground), some visitors have noted challenges with service and staff training. Despite a few hiccups, many appreciate the effort to improve this key local spot, making it a potential go-to for a fast bite.

Brand new building and still trash. Not a single person spoke English today.Didn't even get the simple order of a #3 no pickle or mustard add mayo.Dude at the second window asked me what I ordered I said a #3 he looked confused and said "a chicken" then I said no a double quarter pounder. That only confuses him further and he sent me to the next window.I asked the person who handed me my food for Mayo and ketchup. She said no ketchup and went to shut the window.I honked and asked again. She then brought ranch.I again said no mayo and ketchup please and she said again no ketchup so I said just mayo please. She finally brought me the mayo. I have nothing against immigrants 90% of my crew doesn't speak English and we complete multi million dollar projects with no issue. The issue is managements lack of training and the employees complete lack of willingness to work through the language barrier.Working through a language barrier is the staffs responsibility not the customers. Oh tell them to fill the Fry's more than half full as well. That's literally the trademark.
OMG! Whoever decided to open this McDonalds obviously had one thing on his/her mind ...MONEY.Brand new McDonalds, but it is NOT complete.Still construction in the parking area, inside is BARE - NO MENUS on the walls.Young cashier obviously was in need of training. She turned the register around and looked at us, as if we knew what she wanted us to do.After a few questions from us we placed our order. Our order arrived immediately, which was good. However, the cashier had no change ...she laid part of it on the counter and said, "Here.I'm just waiting on 75 cents." OK.So we wait about 3-4 minutes before she received the change from a manager.I asked for salt and pepper and jelly.Simple enough, you would think.Not.No condiments.Food presentation was poor - jumbled on top of one another.Eggs were not quite done on top, but crispy on the bottom.PLEASE, McDonalds, STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR COMMUNITIES IN FAST-FOOD DESERTS! STOP GIVING US JUST ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY.WE LIKE AND APPRECIATE QUALITY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS, AS WELL AS PERSONS LIVING IN MORE AFFLUENT AREAS!
This location is ok..in close to my job.It would be nice if the employees were a little more friendly.Smile, they look sad all the time well, at least when I come through!!
