I was ordering takeout when I denied service by the daytime manager; even after explaining to her that Molly was a service dog for emotional support.In addition to that, the security guard on site threatened to call law enforcement to escort me and Molly out the doors.Furthermore, I was told that I should just go order at the window outside as if we are living in Jim Crow segregated times! As you can see, Molly is a Chihuahua small enough to be carried in my hands.This discrimination unacceptable and frankly downright heartbreaking.I will be taking legal action.
Come here if you want BAD SERVICE! Kiosk didn’t dispense the receipt so I asked the McDonald female to help.She was at the kiosk ordering the other person food and she said wait.I waited.I waited for her to then take another person that just walked in!!! Rude!!! Then she went behind the counter to get these people cash and then dished out the food ordered bags!!! I’m telling her to help me and she just IGNORED!!!! Then when she decides to help, I explained my receipt is in the kiosk machine… She asked twice did I Pay? Are you kidding me!!! I brought over $26 worth of food to be treated like this!!!when she got the receipt out of the machine because the paper was jammed.She still asked if I paid!!!! I know she asked because I’m Black American!!! Obviously the receipt shows the paid and payment on it!!! Never again! I should have VOIDED MY ORDER!!!! Go To Wendy’s instead!!! Update 5/22/24: The management contacted me and apologized about the situation.I Thank her for reaching out to me and appreciate the sandwich offer.
A pretty bad McDonald’s at this point.Most recently an employee was standing on the counter where you are supposed to fill your drinks.Absolutely disgusting.
