I just bought a spicy me crispy meal and the sandwich itself was over and under cooked.Some spots were hard and some spots were completely rubbery.I have pictures.I tried calling the restaurant and there was no answer.I drove all the way home and wasn’t going back just for 10 dollars.Long day at work* Hopefully management reaches out and makes this right.
Who ever works here needs to be written up or fired refusing service to me because I moved cone from drive thru at 5 am they tell me there not ready yet so I go around and wait 7 more min still not ready how are you not ready it's 5 am when you open I was being respectful and said I'd wait but than guys comes out and intercom saying refusing service because I'm supposedly making the jobs uncomfortable for them like how I already had to do your job and move cone at 5am when you open and your not ready at 5 am waited.7 min still not ready if says it opens at 5 am be ready at 5 to serve food or you have to get to the job 30 min early or hour early so be it management are not doing there jobs if there not open at 5
I asked the manager if I could have a cloth to clean a table, he said he would do it and never cleaned.This place is very dirty specially the kids area.
