This lady has absolutely terrible work decorum at drive-through.She might not have an adequate grasp on the English language (or she just might be deaf).I distinctly and unmistakably ordered "2 peach lychee drink no ice," and she gave me ice anyway.It really wasn't a big deal, and I asked for it to be fixed.She proceeded to give a hard time for HER mistake.I also asked for EXTRA Chilli peppers in my kung pao and ended up with ZERO Chilli peppers in my kung pao.Sour people with no self-control shouldn't really work in a setting involving many customers.I feel sorry for her coworkers.
Says open at 9am but the food isn’t ready to be served until 10am.Multiple times I’ve left work to come here on order pick up time only to be told I have to wait 30 minutes for some items that aren’t ready yet.Overall the workers and food is great, but it’s just a great annoyance wasting time driving there when my food isn’t ready on pick up time.
I was ordering online to pick up here to save time but I noticed that the take outs are less than what they give you in person order compare to other locations.Also the fried rice that they gave me was still under cook.It made my stomach hurt.I'm not sure if I'm going to come back here.
