Got hung up multiple times.
On hold for 4 minutes.
When someone picked up the phone I asked about carry out specials.
Got put on hold for another 3 minutes.
Then the phone hung up. I was so excited and ordered multiples times when they opened in hermitage.
Not anymore.

It took 2 hours from placing our order; we were told less than 1 hour, no updates, no communication.
The store team is clearly stressed and understaffed.
I asked for the franchise owner and no one even knew the owners full name.
Poor leadership and poor staffing results in poor service.
It's very disappointing because the food is good.
We will not be back.

I simply can’t understand why, if Marco’s has been around since 1978, it took them so long to get to me. Love the New York crust.
But there is NO bad crust here.
Just pick your favorite.
This is our go to for family Pizza night.
