This rating is mainly about the service.
I have visited regularly for a while and the food is good but the service is a mixed bag.
Sometimes it's good and they're on top of it, but they do seem to get overwhelmed and start making poor service decisions. My biggest issue is that they will give away part or the entirety of your order.
They have given away my order multiple times, which I know because they told me.
And I watched them take part of my order and give it to someone else.
This is poor practice and should not be done. If I place an order and arrive at the listed pickup time, I expect my order to be ready.
I do not expect to wait 30 minutes in the store for an order that was only supposed to take 20 minutes to prepare. Needless to say, we'll be taking a break from this establishment.

Great service and great prices! The food was so good even though it took a little bit longer than it should.
It’s a great place for take out rather than dine-in, since it doesn’t have a large bin or a bathroom.
They gave us complimentary water! Thanks marco’s

Good food, great service. Was returning from Indianapolis to West Lafayette suddenly heavy rain started and we were hungry and my phone was dying.
The nearest pizza place that was affordable was this.
Thought of giving this place a try and it was totally worth it.
Loved the garden pizza choice.
The staff was very nice and I got my phone charged enough to get me back home while we had food.
