I had a lovely time meeting friends for lunch, here.
There was not a long wait time when we ordered our food.
I was pleasantly surprised by the ravioli.
I thought it was absolutely delicious.
I was a bit disappointed in the Gnocchi in Bolognese.
The Gelato was absolutely delicious! They offer you plenty of samples before you make your selection.
There other delicious sweets as well if Gelato is not your style.
I definitely recommend coming here for a delicious lunch with family, friends or even business partners.

Great casual and comforting Italian place with fresh pasta.
Adding chicken to your pasta can be a hit or miss in terms of dryness, but the pasta makes up for it.
The focaccia is great as well.
Everyone should try Mandola’s at least once in Austin!

If in Austin and you want some amazing Italian food without the pomp and fussiness of a fancy restaurant, then this is the place for you! It has a homey and comfy feel to it with lots to cool and cute decor.
As for your stomach, get ready for big servings of deliciousness!!! The portions are large.
Even the lunch portion was enough to fill me up before i could finish.
All the bread used is so soft and yummy (from the complimentary bread and olive oil dip to the sandwich bread).
Every component that went into my chicken panini had its own strong flavor and yet married well together.
The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with yumminess!! It is a self-service sort of place, but you're still being well taken care of by the staff and management.
It was my first time there, which they asked about, so when they brought over various types of samples of their desserts, i was delightfully surprised.
My only regret is that I didn't have a chance to try their cafe menu and ice cream.
They do have 4 sections, which include the main food serving area, a little dessert, cafe area, s bar area, and what looked like a deli area.
I will definitely be going back to try the brick oven pizza and all the other yummy foods i saw!!! Fyi, the parking is rather crappy in the little plaza, but don't let that stop you from trying this little gem.
