The wait staff and management here are the absolute worst in the entire chain.
I got to other ihops and they are fine run off the mill unremarkable status quo experiences.
But this place takes the cake when it comes to failing to meet even basic customer service.
I have had to contact corporate after and even during every visit i have had to this location over the last 15 years.

Despite the reviews of sticky floors, decided to check out since it was right next to my hotel.
Granted, I went at 2:30pm, but I had a very pleasant experience- nice server, great food, affordable prices. I can see it potentially getting hectic and messy at busy hours since it is a small place and few servers, a messy group can complicate things, but otherwise I recommend it for convenient, affordable and good food!

We dined in at this ihop location and were here at 11:52pm Monday July 31st 2023 our server was Veronica W she was the worse server I have encountered from start to finish she’s extremely lazy and incompetent it started with our drink order which was both Dr peppers they tasted no where near Dr Pepper it tasted terrible and flat we asked for different drinks and those were terrible to there was six glasses total with drinks in them that’s ridiculous also the dining room was completely filthy there was numerous tables still dirty our server Veronica did the bare minimum if that also we both ordered French toast with scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns with choice of meat when we received said food the cheese on the eggs was not even melted into it was just drizzled on top all in all bare minimum service that’s not worth paying for management and big upper management need to step up there game and improve everything this location should just be torn down it’s extremely small inside anyways do yourself a favor and skip this ihop and choose anywhere else
