If you're in Louisville, Mambo Latin Food is a must-try taco truck! 🌮 I had the Quesa-Birria tacos, and the consome was out of this world - so flavorful and comforting! The handmade tortillas made everything better.

The service was friendly, though I did wait a bit longer than expected, but it was well worth it. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican food, this place is for you. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu! 🙌✨
