Got the Sunshine ranch burrito, tiramisu French toast & banana bread.
It was all good! The only thing I didn't like at all was the flavor of their sausage? in the burrito, it wasn't good, but otherwise it was a nice chubby & tasty burrito.
The French toast was yummy, nice thick pieces of bread with syrup, berries & toppings on the side.
The banana bread was yummy too, nice big piece with good flavor.
It's a cute place with more than 10 tables inside, a few outside with nice inspirational artwork on the walls.
Our waiter was really nice.
Prices are fair for the bigger portions/quality.
It's located almost on the corner with street parking (don't know if there's parking in the back).

We went for breakfast Saturday morning.
Sat outside.
They have roughly 6 tables with umbrellas facing the street.
The service was good.
A little slow at the beginning but then it was just right.
Very friendly.
We got avocado toast Benedict, steak and eggs, and chilaquiles.
All were pretty good.
The only critique I have was that the eggs on the chilaquiles were very runny.
We asked for over medium.
Their potatoes were good.
Everyone enjoyed the food.
The chilaquiles were large enough to feed two people.
I’d come back if I was in the area again.
