Lucky's Bakehouse

The blue corn cookie came highly recommended, as a corn lover myself and liking “other” corn cookies I figured it was worth a try.
It has a very similar taste but I enjoyed the crunch and texture of the cookie.
The color of the corn didn’t make a difference but it was nice seeing blue without it being artificial.
I think all of the Lucky’s establishments within this area are really great, I recommend visiting them all.

The service was great and the person behind the counter was patient courteous.
The place itself is small so if you plan on eating your desserts here there is only about 2 or 3 tables.
We got a few options that were suggested and some of was bland and stale.
The chocolate crossiant had no flavor and the chocolate inside was hard as a rock.
We got a “donut” that was the best thing there.
Also a lavender lemon type donut that was very good but really tart.
We got s’mores cupcake and popcorn cake.
The frosting was so seeet but the cake itself was good just a little dense.
In all, I would just come back for that one donut and nothing else.
I would pass.

Wonderful selection of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats! The almond ricotta cake tasted delicious -- I could tell that someone made it with love ☺️.
We came back the next morning for coffee and a Squirrel muffin -- excellent! The seating area is small and you're inside the bakery, so it's not a place to linger, but it's fun and oh so delicious.
