Buddha Thai Cuisine tucked away in a shopping center is a delightful find! Their papaya salad rivals those in Thailand - so fresh and zesty! 🌿 I loved the variety of heat levels for dishes; I went for a spicy five in the Tom Yum soup, while my friend preferred a milder two. Everything was bursting with flavor, especially the pad Thai. The cozy patio is a lovely spot, though the interior can get warm. Such attentive service adds to the charm. A must-try in Boulder!
