Los 3 Garcia Taqueria is a hidden gem in Huntsville, nestled inside Kim’s Diner. 🌮 I recently tried their pork Chile Verde and it was hands down the best I've tasted in 28 years! My husband loved the mixed fajitas, and we couldn’t resist finishing off our meal with their creamy flan.

The street tacos were fantastic too - especially the asada! Their corn tortillas held together perfectly, which often isn’t the case elsewhere. I appreciate the friendly service and that the prices are so reasonable. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu! 🌟
