I ordered pizza from here atleast once a week for my son’s because it’s their favorite take out. A few days ago I picked up 2 pizzas, and found a bug in one of them.
I called to inform the restaurant and get a refund.
The manager responded by saying that the bug was not from the restaurant, that it wasn’t possible.
They basically called me a liar and after a couple of long holds, unprofessionalism and bad customer service, they finally decided to give me a refund.
I sure did drive the pizzas back to them so they can see for themselves I wasn’t lying.
Such bad management.
Wow! IT’S NOT EVEN ABOUT THE MONEY! The fact that you called me a liar over a few dollars is what disappointed me.

Don’t order the deep dish pizzas! This is the second time I’ve received an undercooked deep dish pizza from here.

Horrible service from the manager PAULETTE.
I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and my son had a pepperoni pizza with no cheese.
When I told her I wanted extra cheese, she said theres extra cheese on my pizza she measured it herself.
I told her I ordered regular pizzas with more cheese than this.
When I pick up a piece , no cheese falls off the sides like the picture.
She said she can make me another pizza and put the cheese on top of the toppings but it will still be the same amount of cheese.
What?? Why would I want the same amount? Never mind can I just get a refund.
She tells me no because she’d have to refund the whole order.
So I left upset , annoyed and hungry.I went back in to vent .
I told her she could have just made me a pizza with more cheese, I don’t think Little Caesars would care if she gave me more cheese it didn’t come out of her pocket, she could have refunded me my order than charged me again for my sons pizza.
Not just tell me no .
I drive a little further now to a different location on 281 and Evan’s and they’re amazing!! If extra cheese don’t fall off the sides, it’s not extra cheese!
