Our flight was delayed and Delta gave us $15 vouchers to use at Memphis airport. We looked at all the places and chose Lennys.I had the Italian done Lenny’s way.I was expecting your typically bad airport food, however what a pleasant surprise. it was really good, much better than most fast food sandwich shops. My wife had the chicken salad which looked good and she said was good.

Worst experience at Lenny’s Sub, after making an order I went to pay for my food, to my surprise my card was declined.I went to check on account and the account showed that the charge was made and I show the cashier.The cashier, then told me that the charge was adding to my account and not taking away from it because there was not a negative in front of the charged.I attempted to tell her that the charge is adding to my account because I was making a purchase with my card and not making a payment to my account therefore you will not see a negative on a purchase made.But before I could get my words across, the cashier raise their voice and told me to either make the payment or leave.My flight was coming up soon so I just left the place of business because it was not worth talking to a brick wall.

Waited for 20 min in the Line with other people when the sign said order at register and no one came to register.Finally went to kiosk but people in back of line beat people in front to kiosk.No one ever came out to take orders.Finally placed my order at kiosk and the sandwich I ordered I found out after paying they didn't have available. Please hire staff to have someone always at the front or put the kiosk sign on so guests aren't waiting around for someone to come out and take their order.
