Lam Hoa Thuan is a popular restaurant with delicious Chinese and Vietnamese dishes.
The restaurant is busy most of the weekend, with a line in front of the restaurant.
Customers are either waiting for a table or waiting to order food to go.
The customer service at Lam Hoa Thuan is pretty good, and the dining room is comfortable.

This cash-only restaurant sells reasonably priced food that could be better. Outside, you'll see lots of cooked food on display through the large window.
To order, head inside and go to the counter.
I ordered the roast duck over rice, and the duck was cut to order.
My to-go order cost $12.95.
It wasn't the price listed, but that's how much I was charged.
The prices on the menu outside aren't the right prices.
Anyway, that's still not too bad. The rice was perfectly cooked, as expected.
The duck was good, but it was mostly bones and fat.
The sauce was extremely salty.
I recommend using only a third of the container, just enough to add flavor to the rice.
The duck tastes fine without the sauce. The restaurant itself was pretty clean when I visited.
The service was fine.
There were plenty of seating for dining in, and it wasn't too busy, even at dinnertime.

This place is cash only.
I tried the roast pork, BBQ pork, and boiled chicken with salt and my favorite is the BBQ pork.
You can ask for a leaner or fattier cut depending on your preference.
It’s very popular and I had to wait for about 15 minutes on a weekend
