TLDR: beef noodles are spot on but everything else was not good We came in and ordered a few items.
We ordered the pork dumplings with cabbage and the shrimp with chives and they were both too salty.
The green onion pancake wasn’t very crispy and still had what tasted like raw flour on them.
The grilled cold noodle was a tiny portion with egg and parsley and that’s it.
Only saving grace was the beef noodle which was actually enjoyable

As other reviews have said, it is a shame this hole in the wall has so few reviews for the quality and cost of food.
It was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing.
Everything was a blast of flavor! You can see them making the dumplings by hand in the kitchen.
The noodles were perfectly cooked in the Noodle Soup and the beef was nicely tender.
They were very accomadating for a large party and VERY friendly staff.
The amout of food for the price is very reasonable!! The photo is only half of the food ordered. 2 orders of dumplings, 1 order of Soup Dumplings, 1 order of Braised Beef Noodle Soup, 2x Rolled Pancake with Sliced Beef, 1x Green Onion Pancakes was only $80 and fed a party of 8. The dumplings are 14 per order and soup dumplings came in an order of 8.
