What a wonderful experience! I went back for a second visit today.
1st visit I had the cheeseburger.
2nd visit I ordered the French Dip.
Whenever you can, get the shoestring fries! Everything was great in flavor and presentation, but the shoestring fries were seriously some of the best I've ever had! Peter was my waiter and his suggestions and recommendations were 100% on-point!

I have had lunch and dinner several times at La Taverne, I have to say dinner is my preferred time to visit. The steaks are just so tasty and fresh, their seafood tower is amazing and their prime rib is mouth watering! The service, as 95% of the service at Broadmoor, is great! Everyone is so welcoming, they all have a smile on their face. I love The Broadmoor and all its restaurants!

What a spectacular experience we had at La Taverne tonight.
This is the top restaurant within the Broadmoor and for good reason.
The first thing we noticed walking through to our seats is how beautiful the space is.
It only got better from there as the food was amazing! Having dined in a lot of the best restaurants in Denver, Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Telluride, I can say that LA Taverne is my favorite dining establishment in the state of Colorado.
I had what was quite possibly the best chicken dish of my life.
Without a doubt, we highly recommend dining here if you're in the area.
