La Fiesta de Jalisco is a delightful hidden gem that perfectly captures the essence of cozy Mexican dining! 🌮 I stopped by for breakfast and indulged in the papas rancheras, which were delightfully spicy and loaded onto flour tortillas - so yummy!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My friend ordered the pastor tacos on corn tortillas and raved about it as some of the best she’s tried.

The cozy atmosphere is perfect for solo dining or groups alike. Though the menudo was a tad bland, the beans and rice were exceptional! I can’t wait to return and try more menu items! ☀️
