Gilbert's Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem on Marbach Rd, bursting with charm and incredible Tex-Mex flavors! 🌮
I indulged in the Javi Carne guisada enchiladas, paired with fluffy rice and beans that had just the right amount of seasoning. The tortillas were soft and perfect for scooping up all that deliciousness.
The atmosphere is cozy with cool memorabilia that immerses you in Tejano history. The service was attentive, too!
Though the salsa could use a bit more heat, I’m excited to return and explore more menu options. This place truly feels like home! 😊
