Kubo is a delightful find! The cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. I savored the Pork Sisig, topped with a perfectly runny egg, and dipped it in their sweet and spicy vinegar - delicious! The owner graciously ensured we had everything we needed during our visit. I can't wait to come back for more of their authentic Filipino comfort food! 👌
