Joy Poke Bar PDX is a hidden gem in Cedar Mills! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service. My medium poke bowl was delicious and packed with options - tender salmon, crispy veggies, and perfectly seasoned rice.

Though a tad pricey at around $16, the generous portion size made it worth it! I love that they offer healthy choices and didn't skimp on flavor. They also provide a fantastic takeaway option for those on the go. I’ll definitely be back for more refreshing bites! 🍣
