China Rim is a delightful spot tucked away in Saltzman Village, offering a cozy atmosphere perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. I recently tried the sesame beef, which was bursting with flavor and just the right amount of garlicky spice. The sweet-and-sour pork was also a hit at our table, balancing tanginess with tender meat. While the BBQ pork chow mein was a bit on the dry side, it paired well with the sauce. Overall, a solid choice for satisfying Chinese food during lunch or dinner! 🍜
