Whoever worked third shift this morning needs more training.
It took 40 minutes to receive my order and it was sloppily prepared when I finally received it.
It was also EXTREMELY salty, not like your typical Krystal’s.
I wish I could get a refund. Edit: forgot to mention the lady tried to turn me away by telling me she won’t be able to serve food for an hour but she couldn’t because I had a mobile order.

Ordered the #1 meal.
Get my food pulled out the first burger & someone had already taken a bite out of it.
The other ones, the buns were so soggy they were falling about.
Worst Krystal I have ever eaten at.
Apparently they recycle food people give back cause the order was wrong & feed it to the next person.
I will NEVER eat there again.

We ordered lunch inside to eat there.
After about 5 minutes our order came to the counter in a bag.
The first burger my wife pulled out of it's carton had a bite out of it.
A real live full-size people bite.
Took it straight to the manager, she replaced that one burger then she basically shrugged it off.
My wife requested all the burgers to be replaced to no avail. So, obviously what had happened is a previous customer had returned Krystals for not having cheese and they set them aside then recycled them into our order.
So if you eat here, understand, the manager's bonus for cutting waste is far, far more important to her than the customer's health.
