I recently visited Krystal on Shallowford Rd, and while I’ve always loved their sliders, this trip fell short. 🍔 The #1 meal took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it did, the burgers were soggy and excessively salty.

I found a bite taken out of one of the patties, which was unsettling. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and although the manager replaced the order, the overall experience was disappointing.

I hope they can improve. I believe in second chances, but I might pause before returning...
