Konoz Restaurant is a cozy little spot that brings the flavors of Puerto Rico right to Newark! I tried the trifongo with pernil, and the combination of sweet plantains and yucca was delightful. My companion enjoyed the Cubano, though we felt the pickle wedge could be better sliced. We rounded off the meal with a delicious and not too sweet parcha.
