Kinn Thai Cuisine is a gem hidden in The Shops at Rigden Farm! ✨ From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cozy atmosphere and fast service. I couldn't resist trying their coconut veggie hot pot soup, which was bursting with flavor and freshness - truly a standout dish!

I also loved the summer shrimp rolls paired with their delicious peanut sauce!

With a solid beer and tea selection, this place has quickly become my favorite Thai spot in Fort Collins. Can't wait to return for more amazing meals... 🍲🌿
