King Cajun Seafood - Savannah

Decided to try King Cajun with my husband for the first time ever.
When we first arrived, we were greeted by the front desk staff and seated immediately, no problems so far.
We ordered our drinks, which came out pretty fast, we loved this part.
I ordered the seafood combo #1 which included 1lb crab legs and shrimp along with corn and potatoes, mind you I also ordered 2 extra clusters because we love crab legs.
The wait time for the food to come out wasn’t long at all, however when the food did come out it was hot, plus it looked and smelled great.
So as my husband and I are starting to eat the crab legs we noticed that it was very salty and appeared to be over cooked, the crab legs were flimsy.
Long story short, after eating one cluster each, we decided that we couldn’t continue to ignore how salty and over cooked it was.
I let the waitress know the issue and she did go and get the manager for us.
After I explained my concerns with the manager, she stated that she haven’t had this complaint before and that her husband is the one who seasons and cooks the crab legs.
Here is the kicker, the manager offered to take the crab legs back, run them under some water to get the season off and then re-season it……Please note that on the menu it states, “NO REFUND ON ALL FOOD ITEMS….yal, we weren’t even expecting a refund, however we were expecting for our food to at least be replaced.
Wellllllll, the food wasn’t replaced, we paid our $155 ticket and left.
Never again will I return.
It could’ve been a bad day, who knows

Our food was so good! They were so busy.
We had to wait a little while for our food, but it was worth the wait! We had the crab and shrimp boil - absolutely loved the seasoning!

This is what seafood is supposed to taste and look like.
The food is awesome!!! Seasoned to perfection 😋!! Waitresses were nice and friendly.
They made sure to check in regularly.
Atmosphere was just right.
Not crowded and good music.
We will definitely be coming back!!
