Driest fried chicken ive ever gotten from any KFC so disappointing.
And the fries were just as dry, like everything was just sitting there all day.
Do better KFC!

I DON’T KNOW WHATS MORE DISGUSTING THE FOOD OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! NEVER WILL COME BACK💯 I placed a pickup order and the food was disgusting, soggy chicken and missing items! The manager told me I needed to go back home and bring the chicken back to them.
She wanted to take my number down to remind me to bring it back to them.
Told me to put it in the fridge 🤣 I felt so insulted and was extremely livid with the service I received.
No sorry, no sympathy, just pure ignorance.

The cashier literally said that there is a churches chicken down the street...
told me they have no original and said it as if it's an ordinary thing to say...the manager was attempting to cook chicken and when asked how long on original...
she said I just got the fryers up again...
never did get that e.t.a.
this 1 used to be good...
