My family and I have been going to this location for years and usually spend a good amount of money as we are a family of 6.This last delivery I had was completely unacceptable.Fries were cold and soggy and not even full.The chicken sandwiches were cold.Just really disgusting to eat over all.They offered me rewards which I stated it didnât make up for the disappointment.I spoke to a male manager or so he stated he was a manager named Jorge and he stated he would do a refund.Here we are some time later and a manager named Ashley calls me and tells me sorry he doesnât remember talking to you so I canât do a refund.Thereâs nothing we can do.Iâm truly disappointed for the amount of money I usually spend here all the time, sorry but the staff has become less and less caring about the customer experience.
Very disappointed in spending $50 on delivery for three meals (which Iâve done religiously all year).I called the store 8 times, left and finally called customer service.Iâve heard nothing back this was unacceptable food and poorly put together.I wouldâve gone in person but I couldnât, hence the delivery.Driver was nice I tipped and everything.Whatâs shocking is I live maybe a mile away and the shakes were frozen but all the food was ice cold ? Make it make sense.Fries cold, chicken cold, cheese cold, and yâall even arrived 10mins earlier than the 53 minutes quote.I always praise yâall, always tip and Iâm sure what happened today! Iâm more upset that no one answers the phone, nor have Iâve gotten a call back.Ridiculous and not âChristianâ. C.GARY
The last 3 out of 3 times have been a hot mess.Items from my meal, like the nuggets, have been missing or they give me the wrong order.This last time the order was correct, miraculously, but the fries for all 3 meals were half empty.Starting to really be disappointed by this location.Not sure if itâs a new manager or what, but you need to get it together.Youâre starting to turn in to McDonald's over here.
