I wish I could leave 0 stars... We arrived at 12:30 pm hungry and ready for food - we got seated, and Shane (I think that's his name) took our drink orders, then our food orders: 2 breakfast samplers and a side of pancakes.We got our drinks, only to find the glasses were dirty after already drinking from them.We were not acknowledged after our order was taken - no refills, no updates on food coming out, nothing.The server and other employees walked past us many times, not even bothering to check-in.After about 30 minutes with no updates, we watched as people who got seated AFTER us were already eating their meals; others were even paying for their food and leaving already.After waiting over an hour for food, we left at about 1:50 pm.Even though I would've rather just left without paying, we went up front to pay for our drinks simply because I didn't want legal trouble.The lady up front apologized for the experience and let us go without having to cover the drinks. Very displeased with this experience, and we will not be returning here.We got better service from the McDonalds next door.

My server Emily was amazing.But the food not so much.I received a pile of cold steak and eggs.I thought I had ordered an omelet.It had very little cheese, and the meat was cold.I was happy with my server as she did an amazing job.I just saw how busy everyone was and after the food taking over 40 min to come out I didn’t want to send it back. I just have never had an experience like this before at this ihop.

The restaurant was very clean and inviting.Food was pretty fresh but I wasn’t a huge fan of the pancakes.(We really wanted to try the Willy wonka pancakes.) Personally I like the flavoring of the pancakes cooked into the pancake not just spread on top.Not bad though.Everything was great! Would go back again.
