The other night I went to KFC to order a 8 piece, well I stopped to check my food and the dark skin big boned girl with a black wig had an attitude staring at me in the window , and when I told her that I was missing a side she says “well u made two so” I just feel like that is very disrespectful and I’ve heard from other customers that she been rude before.
Over all this KFC need to do better.
If that’s the type of people the want to keep under their employment then as a whole “we the people” need to not go there.
It’s insane how KFC already chargers and arm and a leg and don’t have the decency to have well mannered employees sad this KFC needs help immediately.

I waited over 5 minutes for my order that was sitting right in front of me if he had good customer service skills he could have got me on out

Ordered a family meal (>$30) received SUPER CRISPY chicken.
So crispy it was burnt 🤨! Even though I ordered ORIGINAL! Did not receive the right side items either.
I have been going to this KFC for decades.
It has gradually become the worst in Memphis.
