When I entered the restaurant, I had to wait for the cashier to get off her cell phone before she could take my order.Waited about 3.5minutes.No one else in the line at the time.No greeting.No "Sir,I will be with you in a moment-nothing.just "Can I have your order.Cold service.When my food was put in a bag,it was on the counter.No---"here you go Sir"----Nothing.She put the remaining burgers in the bag and immediately when to the the next customer.Cold service.Yeah,I would rather drive past here to the next Wendy's or just not go to another one.Go somewhere else.I could have went to 5 Guys,but I decided to give this location a try.Wendy's Corporate:the Management team has failed to strive.Has no idea or forgotten WHO comes 1st.Fix this issue.Or continue to get negative reviews--but how many will it take until you realize that there is a problem here.Just look at all the reviews.I know this is 2024.But GOOD customer service should be ALWAYS,regardless.Thank you.Based on recent reviews and mine,I VOTE for a change in leadership.Get a Manager in there that cares about the customer.Someone that can turn this place around.It will be noticed,especially on the 1st day.Would love to see that.
Our lemonades are old and stink to high heaven, and all the burgers were made wrong.What’s so hard about making a kids burger with meat and cheese only? Never mind that you have to pull up to wait on your order, then the doors are locked so you’d have to go back around to the drive thru which is backed up almost to the road.
I paid cash for my order at this Wendy's location on 4/13/24.At the payment window, I asked for a receipt, because I wanted to know the price I paid for each item.I was told I could get a receipt at the pickup window.However the worker at the pickup window refused to give me a receipt, and when I asked for the manager, the manager told me the receipt machine was broken.Everyone at this restaurant had a bad attitude with me just for asking for my receipt, and I'm certain the manager lied to me just to get me to leave.I don't trust this restaurant with my service anymore, and neither should you.
