While I usually enjoy a quick bite at Wendy's, my recent experience at the Memphis location on New Covington Pike left much to be desired.

I found myself waiting a few minutes for the cashier to put down her phone, and when I finally placed my order, the service felt cold and dismissive.

My cheeseburger was standard, but they missed the mark on my kid's meal - a simple order meant for meat and cheese only was all wrong. I really wanted to love this spot, but I think I’ll stick to my usual go-to from now on. 🍔✨
