I'm 43 years old and this is the worst chicken Ive ever bought.
The chicken was burnt and so mushy I could not pick it up without falling apart and it was drowning in grease .
Grease ran out of the bag and all over my car seats.
I took the chicken back and was informed they do not do fefunds.Ive contacted corporate and still have not received a response.Its Completely nuts that you can not get a refund on burnt food that is not eaddable!!! 😳 I spent $57 dollars and dint have a sing bite.
Threw it all away.
Worst place ever.
Looks like I need a ski mask to get my money back.

I feel like they got new staff.
Whatever staff changes they made I appreciate.
I work from home and this is in my top 8 to visit for lunch.
I enjoy the fresh original whole wings, as well as the chicken sandwiches.

Got home just now we live 13 mins up and they close soon.
Fries was not fresh and chicken was greasy and not fresh .
Cooked in old grease .
The only reason I went is because I had a $2 off coupon for my chicken box.
This is unacceptable
