Kauai Family Restaurant in Seattle is a little slice of Hawaii! 🌺 I had the loco moco and Kalua pork, and both dishes were bursting with flavor. The char on the burger patty added a delightful depth, while the pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Each plate comes with rice and mac salad, just like back home! The prices are incredibly reasonable - around $23 for two hearty plates. The service was friendly, but be prepared for some wait time during busy hours; it's worth it for fresh, tasty food!
