El Parche Colombian Food Truck is a delightful find in Seattle! 🌮 I visited on a chilly Sunday and was greeted by the warmest staff. The passion fruit juice tasted like a vacation in a cup - refreshingly sweet and invigorating!

I ordered the salchipapa especial, topped with heavenly sauce and crisp bacon; it was utterly delicious! 😋 The arepa stuffed with tender beef was equally amazing.

Although they faced some delivery hiccups, the friendly service made it all worthwhile. I can't wait to return for more of this comfort food! Highly recommend! ✨
