El Pirata Tortas is a gem tucked in Georgetown! 🌟 I recently tried the La Bamba carne asada torta and it was an explosion of flavors with the rosemary aioli and pickled red onion - pure magic!

The Birria burrito was super moist and delicious too; every bite was heavenly. The service was quick and friendly, and the pricing is unbeatable for such quality food.

Definitely a cozy spot for lunch or takeout, but do be prepared for limited outdoor seating. Can’t wait to return for more tasty tortas! 🌮✨
