Kato's Cajun is a delightful gem nestled in East Towne Mall! 🌟 I recently stopped by for lunch and decided to try their spicy bourbon chicken, which was absolutely awesome - sweet, tangy, and packed with flavor.

The ambiance is casual, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. I also loved their Thai Tea; it was refreshing and complemented my meal perfectly.

Though the noodles were a bit soggy this time, I'm still a loyal fan after 20 years of dining here. This place is definitely a must-visit when you're craving comfort food in the mall! 🍜🥡
