Jose Muldoon's is a lovely spot in downtown Colorado Springs! 🌮

The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, making it perfect for casual dining. I enjoyed the steak quesadilla, which had generous portions and a crispy tortilla. The complimentary chips and salsa are a nice touch - though I found the salsa a bit on the soupy side. The fajita platter is a definite highlight; huge portions and great flavor! 👌
