Steak house, Italian restaurant, Seafood restaurant, Wine bar
My husband and I have been coming here for years, and this is my favorite restaurant.I tend to stick to my favorite meals wherever I go.Iâve yet to be disappointed with the food or service here.We usually sit at the bar (not a sports bar). The drinks and service excellent, with little wait time.Today I ordered a fresh cup of decaf and their crème brĂťlĂŠe for dessert. The coffee was piping hot and the crème brĂťlĂŠe crusty and still toasty warm on top. A friendly heads up if you use the restrooms. The sewage system problem at Village Pointe isnât their fault

This was my second visit.I was there for Lunch back in June. This time it was dinner. The food quality does not match the prices.I had veal with pasta my friend had beef wellington. The cheese you see was almost not edible and very much like trying to chew a rubber band.It just sat there in a lump.I could tell the veal was was two defrosted patties from some food service supplier. The pasta was over cooked. Then everything was smothered in tomato sauce, which did have a good flavor.I am from NY and grew up with Italians. They would have walked out.Normally Beef wellington is served with sauce on the side so you can enjoy the pastry wrap. This was smothered in sauce and served on its side.Just very strange. The highlight of the night was the service which deserved better quality of food.To me the dinner was worth one step above Perkins but the price for 3, with no desert or alcohol was $141.It was worth about $65-75.Two strikes and I do not see me going back for a 3rd.

Here is my honest review on Johnnyâs Italian steakhouse. First of all really nice restaurant, I really love the food pasta burgers and fryâs were fresh and hot, on point, the Cesar salad was fresh, prices are fair.$15-30 per person. Dessert đ§ wasnât so great, we order a Tiramisu cake and it was dry , the amaretto flavor took over the coffee flavor.Iâm not sure if it was only my piece or every piche is the same.I really encourage you to keep a bell đď¸ at the front desk, if you donât have a hostess, we werenât the only ones waiting at the door wondering if it was open yet, after us the were more people in the same situation.Waiter was so friendly, thank you, we never had to ask for water or the check. I will go back I really loved it.
