One of the best dates we've been on in a while. For this occasion, my spouse and I wanted to relive one of our first dates for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that a Firebirds had been opened up in western Omaha, so we had to stop by. Once we got in, we were seated promptly near the bar with an incredible server. While his name escapes me, the menu had changed significantly since the last time we've went, so we asked for his recommendations. Our waiter recommended the Honey Garlic Chicken and the Tomahawk Porkchop as his favorites on the menu, so we ended up ordering both of those. Once the food came out, man were we surprised. Both the porkchop and chicken were seasoned so well and it was fresh off the grill. The sides matched up perfectly with the dishes too.The food was so good that we even considered getting to go portions just for the heck of it! However, things were a touch on the expense side with the bill coming out to $70 for both items. Nonetheless, the food was well worth it and the environment was super cozy.If you're planning a date night or a special occasion, definitely think about Firebirds as a potential destination.Between the expansive menu and good food, you won't be disappointed!
A nicely decorated restaurant to dine with a loved one or more.I tried the Pamesean Crusted Chicken, I rated this a 4 , not because of flavor but because of value.I felt it should have been paired with at least spaghetti or something for the price of $24.95 .I was able to order Broccoli which was one of the side items included in the price. They have a decent drink menu, and a tempting assortment of desert selections.Would I visit again? Yes, there were other dishes on the menu that caught my eye.
I fell in love with Firebirds back in 2015, they never cease to amaze me.Staff is always so friendly, food is always done to perfection..and the bread is probably my favorite part.Steak was absolutely phenomenal...aged and marbled all the way through the cut.My daughter even got a sirloin steak and she was extremely impressed with it.She's 8, but knows good beef!
