We were super excited to try a new place.
We got in and the atmosphere was super cool.
We have a lot of children so it’s rare that we get to go out, just the two of us.
We ordered appetizers and thought it was amazing.
We got our pizzas and about three bites into my meal I saw that there was a short black hair, I looked and saw five black hairs on only one piece out of two pizzas.
The server came over and we showed her.
They did not charge us but did not offer to remake it and not really anything more than, “oh no, I’m sorry”.
Super sad because we really were excited to try to find a locally owned place (like five minutes from our house).
Still left a good tip, everything else was great.
We just felt it was odd and pretty purposeful.
No management got involved and we just left disappointed.
We have both worked in the food industry and our oldest son (17yo) is a lead cook at a restaurant, currently.
As small business owners if this was our company, I would have been appalled and taken better action.
Best of luck and hopefully someone reads this and grows from it.

I recently enjoyed a delicious meal at Jojo's Pizza in Glendale.
The Fried Ravioli was crispy and flavorful, a perfect start.
The White Pizza was creamy and rich, with a great mix of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, provolone, and garlic.
The Pepperoni Pizza was a classic done right, with a perfect balance of cheese, pepperoni, and tangy sauce.
The staff was friendly.
We spoke with a gentleman named Robert, who was giving us other great things to try on our next visit.
The overall experience was fantastic.
Jojo's Pizza is a must-visit for pizza lovers!
